Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To produce a coated stainless steel plate not causing an iron rust from a base plate under a formularized environmental condition in a tunnel by providing respective three layers of specified coating films using a Cr- containing stainless steel plate as a base plate and using an oligopolyester (meth)acrylate film as a lowermost layer. CONSTITUTION: The stainless steel plate containing >=13% Cr is used as the base plate. A thermosetting coating film having a compsn. consisting of an oligopolyester (meth)acrylate is provided as the lowermost layer, and the thermosetting coating film having =500MΩ.cm ion permeation resistance. An environment in the tunnel expressed by each of the formulae: 3.0×10 ×45/ (tunnel width (m))×(tunnel hight (m))}×(A)×(B)× (traffic volume (the number of cars/day)/(frequency of cleaning (the number of times/year))}×365
