DEHYDRATED CAKE CRUSHING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To easily obtain a crushed material with a grain size distribution suited to use by arranging a pair of rotors each equipped with a plurality of plates in a mutually opposite direction and variably in the number of rotation, in the interior of a casing with a lower discharge port, and at the same time, arranging a screen along the lower surface of the rotors. CONSTITUTION: A pair of rotors 7 each with a plurality of plates 9 are arranged in a mutually opposite direction and variably in the number of rotation, in both upper and lower parts of a casing 2, and at the same time, a screen 8 is arranged at a specified interval along the lower surface of the rotors 7 and in such a manner that the screen can be replaced. The screen 8 has a sieve mesh which varies according to use. When using this dehydrated cake crushing device, a dehydrated cake 13 is charged into the charge port of an upper hopper 1, then drops into a crushing chamber 6, and is crushed by collision between the plates 9 of two rotors 7 which rotate reversely to each other at a high speed. After the crushing, the dehydrated cake is discharged as crushed dehydrated cake 14 from the discharge port of a lower hopper 4, after passing through the screen 8.
