DISPLAY CASE

PURPOSE: To provide a display case capable of displaying a display object whose entire length is long, making appreciation in a comfortable posture possible and facilitating an installation work. CONSTITUTION: A floor plate 3 for mounting the display object is fitted in the inside of a box body 1 provided with a freely openable and closable viewing window 2 on an upper surface. Opening parts 5 connected to the inside of the box body 1 are formed on both sidewalls 4 of the box body 1 and the lower edge of the respective opening parts 5 is positioned at a height lower than the upper surface of the floor plate 3. A pair of cover plates for respectively covering the respective opening parts 5 are freely attachably and detachably fitted on the outer side faces of the box body 1 and packing 11 to be closely adhered to the inner surface of the cover plates is attached around the respective opening parts 5. Through holes 7 capable of passing through bolts from the inside of the box body 1 are formed on both side wall 4 of the box body 1. By installing the plural box bodies 1 from which the cover plates are detached by butting the side faces each other and connecting the adjacent box bodies 1 each other, the display object whose entire length is long such as the rolled book of a long length or the like is displayed over the plural box bodies 1.
