DEVICE OF REMOVING SPRAYED ASBESTOS LAYER

PURPOSE:To protect the environment and increase the efficiency of spraying work, by installing a TV camera in a hood of a removing device of asbestos on a wall face and manipulating a spray nozzle while monitoring to peel off the asbestos. CONSTITUTION:A hood 2 is put close to the outer periphery of a wall or ceiling 1 zone to be peeled off and the outer side thereof is shielded by an air curtain 5a. Asbestos on the wall face is removed by a peeling-off device composed of a fluid spraying nozzle 37 and other tools. The state is monitored by a TV camera 61 and the device is driven by a controller 11 while watching the monitor 62. The peeled-off asbestos and dust are discharged to the outside through a dust collector 42 so as to prevent dust from scattering to the periphery. The whole of the removing device 10 is mounted on a carrier or the like to make it transferable or portable. In this way, the deterioration of working conditions can be prevented and the working efficiency can be improved.
