Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To inexpensively provide a collision judging device for rapidly judging vehicle collision state. CONSTITUTION: An integral value S10 of the acceleration constituent in forward and backward direction of a vehicle is compared with a speed threshold Vth1 of irregular collision and a speed threshold Vth0 which is higher than Vth1 (S1 and S2) and an air bag is immediately expanded when the integral value S10 of the acceleration constituent is higher than Vth0. Also, when it is judged that the value is lower than Vth0 but higher than Vth1, the collision state can be judged based on the integral value of the time (T) when the time (T) while the value is higher than Vth1 and the time (D) when the value is lower than Vth1 from the change in the integral value S10 (S4-S8).
