Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the possibility of sample contamination and position a cap accurately by constituting the cap by an element fitting to the opening of a container and an element extending essentially and vertically toward the opening. SOLUTION: A blocking element B10 is formed for container joint in a manner that a part of the container surrounding the opening may be included securely thereby. It is provided with an edge B19 which acts as an abutment when a cap is fitted into a container and prevents the contamination. Both elements B10 and B11 are preferably formed as to be fitted to the inner contour C16 of a structure body C when the element is pressed down to the opening of the structure body C. A ventilation passage B13 is prepared on the upper side thereof so that the cap is unnecessary to be removed even at the time of suction, preheating and cooling. Further, a filter element B14 can be used as a sterilizing filter and especially prevents aerosol from pouring out the periphery. |
