Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient isolation by compressing a matrix in such a condition that a biological material combined with a porous matrix will be discharged from the surface of the matrix into an eluent. SOLUTION: A porous matrix C11 is supported by an edge C19 at the bottom thereof and by a circumferential releasing bar C18 at the top thereof respectively. A structure body C is provided with a desired releasing point along the inner wall C16 thereof, so that the bar C18 can be separated and shifted toward the direction of the matrix C11. The body C is provided with an internal part as well as an external contour C12 which is formed as a hollow body C14. Further, the body C is also provided with a means C17 for fixing a piston in the body C. The means C17 is formed in a manner to fix the matrix C11 at the compression position and it is preferably provided with a lid fixing means C15 at the top of an upper opening. In addition, it may be provided with a means C13 for fixing the body C in an eluent container.
