Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To downsize a whole of a device by reducing number of solenoid valves. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve 2 is operated for controlling hydraulic supply according to a running condition of a car. Changeover valves 3, 4 are arranged correspondingly to a brake and a clutch which selectively connect components of planetary gear lines. The changeover valves 3, 4 are provided with spools 31, 41 which connect and disconnect ports 33, 34 with 46, 47 through movement, and pressure chambers 3a, 4a which drive the spools 31, 41 through supply/ discharge of hydraulic pressure according to the shift position of the shift lever. Oil passages 11a, 11c which connect the solenoid valve 2 with the brake and the clutch are selectively switched according to the shift position of the shift lever. Operation of both the brake and the clutch are controlled by a single solenoid valve.
