Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To conduct ventilation as required and sufficiently hold airtightness when panels are closed by providing openable panels at the upper and lower sections of the window frame of a double-window. CONSTITUTION: When a handle 8 is rotated upward CCW by 180 deg., the first slider 6 is slid downward, a pin member 10 is slid along an oblong hole 9 after the movement of a pedestal, and a lower panel 3 is tilted and opened to the indoor side. When the first slider 6 is slid downward by the rotation of the handle 8, the first upper slider 4 is slid upward by a reversing device 15, and the second upper slider 5 is moved to the right. The connection section between the second upper slider 5 extended upward through a corner guide 16 and a link mechanism L fitted to the side end section of an upper panel 2 is moved upward, a pin member 19 is slid upward, a main arm is rotated while the pin member fixed to a frame material serves as a fulcrum, and the upper panel 2 is tilted and opened.
