Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve endurance of a cord by suppressing fretting abrasion due to lap filaments, avoiding lowering of a cord strength originated in decrease of filament cross section and strengthening the force of binding between filaments of cord and avoiding cord breakage due to a low inner pressure. CONSTITUTION:This steel cord is obtained by spirally winding lap filaments around a cord bundling plural steel filaments, and the lap filaments are arranged so that the outline shape is flat and the flat face lies along the outline of the cord.
