SLITTER LINE EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: To wind a slit coil in a simple operation without generating the looseness and positional displacement of the slit coil, by providing a tail end bending device to correct the tail end of the slit coil in the upper bending form or the lower bending form, between a shear and a winding machine. CONSTITUTION: After a slit coil 51 is sheared by a shear 2, the arrangement of the rolls 4a to 4d is set before the tail end of the slit coil 51 passes through the elevating coils 4b and 4c. In this case, only a cylinder 4c-1 is operated to drop the elevating roll 4c between the fixed type roll 4a and the elevating roll 4b at the lower side of the pass line. By correcting the tail end in the upper bending form as to each line of the slit coil in such a way, the tail end of the slit coil 51 wound on a winding device 3 is to be hooked to a support shaft 3d between the disks 3e to partition the lines.
