Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To prevent the slip of bridle rolls provided in front of and behind a tension leveler and to prevent the generation of rubbed mark at the time of adjusting tension of a steel strip such as a hot rolled steel sheet, cold rolled steel sheet, galvanized steel sheet, tinned steel sheet and electric steel sheet by removing oil content remaining on the steel strip by suction. CONSTITUTION: This device is a tension leveler device which is provided with a suction wringer roll 10 for continuously removing rolling oil or rust preventive oil on the steel strip, inlet-side bridle rolls 20 and outlet-side bridle rolls 40 for applying tension to the oil-removed steel strip and a tension leveler 30 which is arranged between the inlet-side bridle rolls and the outlet-side bridle rolls and with which the shape of the steel strip is straightened.
