Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To receive the entire tendency of a data string at a high speed even when a data amount to be transferred is large and the communication capacity is small in a monitor or the like. CONSTITUTION: Data selection sections 112a-112c are provided between a data storage section 111 and a data transmission section 113 so as to send data required to grasp the entire tendency of data with priority. Furthermore, a data receiver 120 is provided with a function reforming the data. Even when a data amount to be transferred is large and the communication capacity is small, the entire tendency of a data string is received at a high speed. Furthermore, plural methods to extract data are provided to send proper data with priority against a change a communication status of a communication channel, and fluctuation in the processing capability of the data transmitter and the data receiver.
