SMD COUPLING MEMBER FOR ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER OF VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely connect the insertion pin of an insertion connector with a hole wall part in a hole by using a reflow soldering process. SOLUTION: A hand paste 5 in the shape of a disc 6 is printed on a hole 2 of a print circuit board 1. When an insertion connector is placed on a substrate 1, an insertion pin 3 or 4 pushes the hand paste 5 in the shape of the disc 6 into the hole 2. The soldered paste 5 is heated to a fusing temperature in a reflow furnace equipped with an infrared ray or red beam lamp, and the insertion pin of the insertion connector is connected with the wall part of the hole 2 of the print circuit board. Thus, the insertion pin of the insertion connector can be housed in the hole, and surely connected with the hole wall part by a simple soldering technique.
