CROSSLINKABLE RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To obtain a crosslinkable resin composition having hole opening resistance necessary in use as a sheet for hiding holes in a member for the installment panel of e.g. an automobile, heat resistance and deep drawability and being desirable for use in interior furnishing of an automobile. CONSTITUTION:This composition is one comprising a graft copolymer (A) consisting of 10-95wt.% part derived from an ethylenic copolymer containing ethylene and at least a radical-polymerizable acid anhydride and having a content of units derived from the radical-polymerizable acid anhydride of 0.1-20wt.% and 90-5wt.% part derived from a thermoplastic polymer prepared by polymerizing at least one radical-polymerizable monomer except the radical-polymerizable acid anhydride, a polyhydric alcohol compound (B) having at least two hydroxyl groups in the molecule and a reaction promoter (C) wherein the molar ratio of the units derived from the radical-polymerizable acid anhydride in component (A) to the hydroxyl units in the polyhydric alcohol (B) is in the range of 0.01-100 and the amount of the reaction promoter (C) is 0.001-20 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. graft copolymer (A).
