Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To effectively provide information by providing data to an output terminal equipment according to the order of priority based on the degree of necessity or the like in an installation environment when the number of information providing devices is smaller than the number of the output terminal equipments for externally outputting the information sent out from the information providing devices. CONSTITUTION: The order of priority of respective KARAOKE terminal equipments 19 is set in the information provision priority order table of a RAM 93 and a prescribed priority processing corresponding to the order of priority is performed. To put it concretely, the one of the priority order A is mot preferentially processed without being obstructed by the other ones of the priority order B and C in any cases. Also, for the other ones of the priority order B and C, corresponding KARAOKE play instruction is given for the one whose priority order is set highest among requests received within a period of a prescribed time. That is, when it is within the period of a prescribed time, the priority order B is processed in preference to the priority order C even when a time period when the request is generated is late.
