Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To improve productivity by inserting reinforcing bars into hollow portion disposed in longitudinal direction in a cement extrusion forming place and then filling filler material. CONSTITUTION: A cement extrusion forming plate 10 having rectangular, plural hollow portions 11 in succession in longitudinal direction, is formed. Reinforcing bars 12 are inserted in part or all of the plural hollow portions. Filler material 13, such as cement mortar, is filled in the hollow portions inserted with reinforcing bars 12. A flooring, placing form 1, having ant legs for increasing bond force of concrete 2, is formed on upper surface. The flooring, placing plate 1 is then supported with beams. Lower end bar, distributing bars 31 and upper end bar, distributing bars 32, and upper end bar main bars 33 are disposed on top of the form 1, and then concrete 2 is placed. Accordingly, supporting process becomes unnecessary, so that floor slab placement in enhanced.
