PURPOSE: To superpose a marketed round bowl and a round bamboo sieve which are used frequently in a small water tank, and make use of the place as a storage space in an unused time, and further, place square marketed vats and square bamboo sieves on a recessed drainer provided behind the small water tank, in order to facilitate cooking. CONSTITUTION: A large water tank 2 and a small water tank 3 are provided on the counter top 1. The small water tank 3 having a nearly circular shape in plan view and a drain opening at the bottom, is formed so as to contain circular bowls 10 or circular bamboo sieves 9, at the front side of either right or left hand of the large water tank 2. A recessed drainer 5 in which square vats 11 or square bamboo sieves 12 can be positioned, are formed so as to be inclined to the large water tank side at the upper face and nearly square in plan view, at the rear side of the small water tank.
