Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To prepare an acrylic resin compsn. having an excellent antistatic property by incorporating particular amts. of an alkali metal salt of sulfonic acid represented by a particular formula and a polyhydric alcohol to an acrylic resin. CONSTITUTION: 0.1 to 5 pts.wt., pref. about 0.5 to 3 pts.wt. alkali metal salt of sulfonic acid represented by R-SO3 M [wherein R represents an alkyl or the formula (wherein R' represents H or an alkyl); and M represents Li, Na, or K] and 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. pref. 0.05 to 1 pts.wt. polyhydric alcohol selected from among alkylene oxide adducts of ethylene glycol, glycerin, and glycerin compds. are incorporated into 100 pts.wt. acrylic resin, such as polymethyl methacrylate. The mixture is melt-kneaded and extruded by means of a twin- screw extruder and pelletized to prepare an acrylic resin compsn.
