Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain at low cost a versatile copolyester excellent in heat resistance, melt moldability and operability. CONSTITUTION: This copolyester is made up of an acid component i.e., terephthalic acid, and diol component composed of 60-88mol% of 1,4- cyclohexanedimethanol, 10-30mol% of ethylene glycol and 2-10mol% of 9,9- bis[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]fluorene, and has a glass transition temperature of >=85 deg.C, melting point of 220-280 deg.C and intrinsic viscosity of >=0.5.
