BAR STEEL ALIGNING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To reduce equipment cost and running cost, and improve an operation rate by arranging a strip steel carrying conveyor to horizontally carry strip steel, a sorting stopper, an aligning device, a normal rotation holder and a stage stacking lifter whose stage stacking part can freely ascends and descends. CONSTITUTION: Bar steel cut in a necessary length is horizontally carried in its width direction by a bar steel carrying conveyor 15, and the prescribed number of bar steel is collectively held by a sorting stopper 16. The bar steel held by rising from a carrying surface of the bar steel carrying conveyor 15 is horizontally carrier to an aligning device 18 from the sorting stopper 16 by a normal rotation feeder 20. A length and the width direction of the bar steel are aligned by the aligning device 18, and it is carried to a bar steel receiving seat 19 and a normal rotation holder 22. The bar steel held by the normal rotation holder 22 is stacked in stages on a stage stacking member 23 of a stage stacking lifter 24. After being stacked in stages by the prescribed number, the stage stacking part 23 descends, and delivers the bar steel to a bar steel carrying table 26, and it is horizontally carried to a prescribed position by the bar steel carrying table 26.
