Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide an air passage switching device and an air conditioning device for vehicles which does not increase ventilation resistance as much as possible by adopting a rotary door of roughly arc-shaped. CONSTITUTION: When a rotary door 9 rotates, and of both sides of a circumferential wall, the third circular arc part 24c which is positioned on the rear side of the rotational direction opens the fifth opening 7 at least, the second opening 15A rotates into a duct 1 and opens in the duct 1, so that the air is taken in from the second opening 15A, thus being blown off into the fifth opening 7 through the first opening 23. A guide part 200 which guides the air blown off into a rotary door 9 is fitted in the rotary door 9.
