Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To make an occupancy space small and moreover to reduce an invest ment. CONSTITUTION: A partition 13 is formed in a filter chamber 11 in which many filter cloths 16A and 16B are disposed to form a large volume main filter chamber 11a and small volume secondary filter chamber 11b, and a inflow pipe 24A and a discharge pipe 24B are connected to the secondary filter chamber 11b, and a heating gas circulating device 25 circulating the heating gas at pause time. In such a way, a treatment of a low temp. small low flow rate waste gas with a bag filter for cleaning which is conventionally provided separately is executed at the secondary filter chamber. A heating in case of not in use of the secondary filter chamber is executed by using the heat of the main filter chamber and dew-point corrosion is prevented.
