Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize offset voltage depending on the temperature and to compensate offset voltage depending on the temperature of an amplifier over a wide range by connecting a voltage substrater to the prescribed current path of the amplifier. SOLUTION: The offset voltage of the amplifier 10 is compensated by the voltage substrate 22 which is post-connected. The voltage substrater 22 has an operational amplifier 20 and the output side is fed back to the inversion input side with a voltage supply source 21. The voltage subsracter 22 is constituted to have the same temperature coefficient ass the amplifier 10. The voltage supply source 21 has two current sources 11 and 12 which are connected in series. A resistor R is connected to a tap 31 in the center of the two current sources 11 and 12 and the resistor R is connected to the feedback route of the operational amplifier 20. Voltage obtained by subtracting subtracted voltage from voltage U1 amplifier by the amplifier 10 is outputted.
