Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposing method and an apparatus for forming a fluorescent film of a color cathode-ray tube to expose a photosensitive film or a fluorescent slurry film applied inside a panel in which a shadow mask frame assembly body is installed. SOLUTION: When exposing a photosensitive film or a fluorescent slurry film, a shadow mask 51 installed inside a panel 100 is thermally expanded enough at a prescribed temperature using an induction heating coil. After thermally expanded, a photosensitive film or a fluorescent slurry film applied inside the panel 100 is exposed through an electron passage hole formed to the shadow mask 51. Thereby, initial stabilizing time of a cathode-ray tube is shortened.
