Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize the execution of a program under the control of plural processes. SOLUTION: The process synchronization technique is composed of a process standby logic device for holding the execution of the program controlled by the process, a virtual processor standby logic device for executing a standby operation at a virtual processor level and tentatively inhibiting the loading a state item for the execution of the program, a virtual processor advance logic device for executing an advance operation at the virtual processor level so as to stop the inhibition of the loading of the state item and a process advance logic device for making the processor of a system restart the held execution of the program under the control of the process.
