Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To prevent the influence of thermal strain by interposing a buffer (substrate) consisting of a quartz crystal between an extremely thin planar material, such as quartz crystal wavelength plate and a casing and joining both by aligning their respective Z-axes direction at the time of fixing both. CONSTITUTION: This quartz crystal wavelength plate is obtd. by joining the quartz crystalline wavelength plate 1 and the casing 2 by interposing the buffer (substrate) 3 therebetween without directly joining both. The buffer 3 consisting of the quartz crystal blank is bored with a hole 3-1 in its middle and the stainless steel casing 2 is similarly bored with a hole 2-1 as a light passage X. Light is, therefore, made incident on the wavelength plate through the holes 3-1, 2-1 bored at the quartz crystal substrate (buffer) 3 and the stainless steel casing 2. The Z-axis direction of the quartz crystal wavelength plate 1 and the Z-axis direction of the buffer 3 are aligned and both are joined by an epoxy resin adhesive in a joining position 4. Stress is applied by a temp. change on the joint part of the stainless steel and the quartz crystal but this stress is relieved in the thickness direction of the quartz crystal substrate 3 and there is no more influence of the thermal strain on the quartz crystal wavelength plate adhered to the quartz crystal substrate 3. |
