Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To calculate the Doppler frequency when a plurality of targets is detected by providing an amplitude comparator which can make the identification of the same target possible. CONSTITUTION: The amplitude values L1 and L2 and ranges R1 and R2 and amplitude values L3 and L4 and ranges R3 and R4 of two targets respectively detected by means of a target detector 8 when a frequency increasing type linear FM pulse is transmitted and a frequency decreasing type linear FM pulse is transmitted are inputted to an amplitude comparator 11. The comparator 11 rearranges the ranges R1 and R2 (R3 and R4 ) in accordance with the amplitude increasing order and decreasing order by comparing the amplitude values L1 and L2 (L3 and L4 ) with each other for both the frequency increasing and decreasing type pulses. Consequently, when L1 is larger than L2 at the time of transmitting the frequency increasing type pulse when and L4 is larger than L3 at the time of transmitting the frequency decreasing type pulse, a Doppler radar 10 can calculates the Doppler frequency of the targets, because the amplitude values L1 and L4 or the ranges R1 and R4 can be regarded as the amplitude value or range of one target and the amplitude values L2 and L3 or ranges R2 and R3 can be regarded as the amplitude value or range of the other target. |
