TWIST CHARACTERISTIC INSPECTION METHOD FOR TORQUE FLUCTUATION ABSORPTION APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To provide a twist characteristic inspection method, for a torque fluctuation absorption apparatus, which can enhance the inspection accuracy by a simple method. CONSTITUTION: On the basis of actually measured data which is composed of an action torque and a twist angle regarding a measurement, two twist angles corresponding to action torques in both the forward direction and the reverse direction regarding a reference torque and averaged in a by-torque neutral-angle computation step 32, and a neutral angle is computed. The neutral angle is computed regarding a plurality of preset reference torques, a plurality of by-torque neutral angles are averaged in an average-neutral-angle computation step 33, an average neutral angle is obtained, and a reference point for the twist angle is corrected in a correction-twist-angle computation step 34. The relationship between a twist angle and an action torque regarding a correction is expressed as an evaluation characteristic curve in a judgment step 35, its origin is matched to the origin of a reference characteristic curve, and a yes-no judgment is made.
