Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To avoid the freezing of a key, as well as to improve the burglarproof effect, by increasing the fixing strength of a key cylinder so as to prevent a shaking or a removal of the key cylinder. CONSTITUTION: While a key cylinder 103 is fixed to a door outer panel 101a, the rear part of the key cylinder 103 projecting to the inner side of a door is fitted to a holder, by using the holder to hold the key cylinder 103 by fitting to the rear part of the key cylinder 103 projecting to the inner side of the door, and a key stay 106 having a fixing part by holding the holder. One side fixing part is fixed together with a door outside handle 102 to a car body, and the other side fixing part is fixed to a door bar bracket (a door reinforcing member) 105, so as to hold the key cylinder 103.
