SPACER FOR REMOVING CURED CEMENT IN HOLLOW PILE

PURPOSE: To stick a spacer fast on the internal surface of a hollow pipe by mounting an elastic tieplate and a drawn support plate on the internal surface of the main body of a tabular body capable of being inserted into the hollow pipe, having a vertical groove and being made of a polyolefin synthetic resin foam. CONSTITUTION: Elastic support plates 4 are set up on the vertical-groove forming surface side of a main body 3 in the horizontal direction at two upper and lower places. Drawn support plates 5 are fitted on the vertical-groove forming surface side of the main body 3 in the vertical direction at two left and right places. The main body 3 is manufactured of a polyolefin synthetic resin foam. A parting plate 11 is installed on the underside side of a support plate 7. The main body 3 is inserted into a hollow pile 2. A spacer is set into the hollow pile 2, and the hollow pile 2 is built, and sunk into a shaft, into which concrete for the consolidation of a foundation is injected. Cured concrete in the main body 3 is parted and removed from lower cured concrete after curing.
