GRILL APPLIANCE FOR MEAT

PURPOSE: To provide a grill appliance for meat with which delicious grilled meat is obtainable in general home and restaurants and fuel efficiency is improved. CONSTITUTION: Wire nets 3, 4 are respectively fixed to the top end and bottom end of a wall 2 and one side of either of these nets is fixed freely openably and closably by means of an opening/closing appliance 7. A mixture composed of fused magnesia oxide grains 8 and charcoal grains 9 having the grain size larger than the mesh size of the wire nets is packed into the inside enclosed by two sheets of the wire nets and side walls 2. The size of the charcoal grains is the same as the size of the fused magnesia oxide grains or is slightly larger than the same. The mixing volumetric ratio of the fused magnesia oxide grains and the charcoal grain is 100:50 to 80:100. The closed ring shape is any of a circular, elliptic, square or rectangular shape.
