APPARATUS FOR GUIDING OUT EXCESS OPERATIONAL AIR FROM DISTRIBUTOR IN TOBACCO PROCESSING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly prepare a continuous body of smokable articles by evacuating the surplus portion of air blown out from plural nozzles transporting tobacco fibers to a distributing room from the center of the distributing chamber. SOLUTION: The shower 9 of tobacco fibers supplied from a sluice shoot 1 has its direction changed by a blow-out nozzle 14 to separate heavy tobacco leaf bones 9. Lightweight tobacco fibers 8 are transported to the distributing chamber 26 by blow-out nozzles 21 and 22 and transported in the state of a thin tobacco flow 27 to a tobacco continuous body 34. The surplus portion of air to blow-out supplied from the nozzles 14, 21, 22 and 28 is evacuated from an air suction part 36 to ballance the in/out of air.
