Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a device capable of rapidly or efficiently performing a soil material-charging work and largely reducing a load for the work without dropping the soil material from the outer periphery of a block and also without causing the drop of the soil material from an oscillation table, even when the table is oscillated, by mechanically performing a series of works ranging from the carrying-in of the block to the charge of the soil material and the carrying- out of the block. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with an oscillation table 20, a frame member 30 loaded on the oscillation table 20 and used for mounting the block thereon, a movable hopper for feeding a culture soil material on the upper surface of the block mounted on the frame member 30, and transfer means 11, 12 for charging or discharging the block to or from the oscillation table. While the block is oscillated, the culture soil material is charged in the inner spaces of the block.
