STORING METHOD FOR RETRIEVAL OF DOCUMENT, RETRIEVING METHOD, AND PREPARING METHOD

PURPOSE: To reduce the labor of document preparing operation by improving the preparation efficiency of a new document utilizing similar existent documents. CONSTITUTION: Item as key places for retrieval are extracted from an existent document. Documents M1 -M3 written in the respective items are taken out and two kinds of concept featuring their contents are selected. A table having plural keys representing those concepts as row names and column names is constituted. Key words concreting a combinations of keys in those rows and columns are applied to the corresponding places of the table to complete a metatable. While the key words in the metatable are made to correspond to the documents M1 -M3 written in the respective items, the metatable and existent document are stored and utilized for retrieval.
