Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a manufacturing method of a retreaded tire capable of preventing air-enclosure from occurring by a method wherein an unvulcanized tread rubber through which a through hole is bored is stuck to a casing, which is vulcanized. CONSTITUTION:For a tread rubber 10 through which a through hole is bored, its tail tip is stuck to an outer periphery of a casing, and cut after winding one turn by revolving the casing. The casing 28 to which the unvulcanized tread rubber 10 is stuck is vulcanized in a mold thereafter. Since the unvulcanized rubber flows by pressure in the vulcanization to block the through hole 26 of the tread rubber 10, any trace of the through hole 26 never remain in a tire tread after vulcanization. Further, even if an air is enfolded between the tread rubber 10 and the casing, the air is discharged outside via the through hole 26 by pressurizing in vulcanization. Therefore, any air never remain between the tread rubber 10 and the casing 28.
