PRESS JIG

PURPOSE:To provide a press jig capable of beautifully molding the upper surface of an article to be processed even when the article to be processed not constant in thickness is heated in a pressed state. CONSTITUTION:A press jig has an upper substrate suspended from a lift member 3 having a press part 30 in a tiltable manner so as to be capable of coming into contact with and separating from the lift member and the lower substrate 2 provided under the upper substrate 1 and an article to be processed made of a thermoplastic resin is pressed under pressure between the upper and lower substrates 1, 2 by the pressing force to the upper substrate 1 of the press part 30 accompanied by the falling of the lift member 3. In this case, the position pressing the upper substrate 1 by the press part 30 is set on the vertical line passing through the central part of the article to be processed heated under pressure.
