Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To secure stable bearing performance of a dynamic pressure bearing by assuredly suppressing outflow of lubricant to the outside. CONSTITUTION: An annular second tapered surface 42 for lubricant seal is communicatingly formed on an outer peripheral part of a lower side tapered surface 40 on a lower end of a sleeve 6, through an annular narrow portion 44 between the sleeve 6 and a thrust receiver 8. A volume between an upper tapered surface 38 and a shaft 10 is formed larger than that between the lower tapered surface 40 and the shaft 10. Grooves are formed on the upper surface of the thrust receiver 8 which is opposed to the shaft 10 for generating dynamic pressure. Oil repellent agent is applied to the upper surface of the thrust receiver 8, on its outer peripheral part than the groove thereupon.
