Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide strength to the protruded part of a foamed resin material or to prevent the abnormal deformation by forming a slit at the protruded part, clamping the material in molds, injecting resin to penetrate the resin from the slit, forming a damper body by the diffused material, and molding an air guide with the penetrated resin. CONSTITUTION:Sealing materials 210, 211 made of foamed resin materials are provided on the front and rear surfaces of a damper body 200 of the air mixing door of an air conditioner. Then, molds 301, 302 are clamped, and the materials 210, 211 are compressed. A slit 215 is previously formed at the corresponding part of the material 210 to an air guide 201, and the injected resin flows to a mold space 305 for forming the guide 201 via the slit 215. As a result, the guide 201 is effectively formed corresponding to the slit 215 in which a communicating part for coupling the guide 201 to the body 200 is previously formed, and hence the coupling strength of the guide 201 becomes satisfactory.
