HYDRAULIC CRUSHING MACHINE WITH GRINDING MECHANISM

PURPOSE: To accomplish crushing and grinding easily and in a short time by rotatably installing a small-sized claw on the tip of one crushing claw of a hydraulic machine, and hitting the shoulder part by a hydraulic cylinder to operate the click. CONSTITUTION: Crushing clicks 3, 3A of a hydraulic crushing machine 1 are rotatably installed on a frame 2 of the tip of an arm of a hydraulic shovel, and mutually moved inward and outward by a hydraulic cylinder in the frame 2. The claw 3A is formed to be shorter than the claw 3, and a rotatable small- sized claw 5 is fitted to the lower part of the claw 3A in such a manner that the height of the tip is substantially equalized to that of the claw 3. The outer edge of the claw 3A is trimmed in the longitudinal direction, a frame 6 having a U-shaped section is fixed thereto, and the shoulder part of the small-sized claw 5 is hit and pressed by a hitting hammer 8 of a hydraulic cylinder disposed in the interior. A material to be crushed is clamped and crushed by the claw 3, the claw 3A and the small-sized claw 5, and further the shoulder part of the small-sized claw 5 is hit and pressed by the hammer 8 to cause cracks in the material to be crushed and to be ground.
