Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To promote mounting strength, reduce a construction period and to promote productivity by providing a unit building with a garage section and a dwelling section, providing a partition wall between both boundaries, and mounting columns to the partition wall. CONSTITUTION: A garage section 12 and a dwelling section 11 are provided to a building unit A, and a partition wall is provided between both boundaries. Intermediate columns 2 and 2 are mounted to both ends of the partition wall. By the constitution, mounting strength is promoted. Building units A and B are constituted of a plurality of small units, and the building units A and B having required size and shape can be constituted by increasing and decreasing the number of small units.
