Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a sandwich panel wherein a surface material and a core material are strongly integrated by interposing a raw material for a foamed resin between long fiber fabric like articles and molding the foamed resin under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A raw material for a foamed resin is supplied to the upper surface of a lower long fiber fabric-like article 41 from a raw material supply device 6, and passed through the space between lower and upper endless belts 2, 3 while subjected to foam molding under heating and pressure to be allowed to bite in upper and lower long fiber fabric like articles 41, 51 to obtain a sandwich panel 9. It is pref. to start foaming during a period when the raw material reaches the vicinity of the inlet of the lower and upper endless belts 2, 3. The long fibers forming the respective surface materials of the sandwich panel are integrally anchored in the foamed resin of a core material.
