Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate the machining of a cutting edge fitting hole to a horn and reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION:A cutting edge fitting hole 3 to be inserted with the base end portion of a cutting edge 1 is formed in the tip portion of a horn 2, and a pair of screw fitting holes 4, 5 are symmetrically bored through the cutting edge fitting hole 3 at the tip portion of the horn 2. Set screws 6, 7 are fastened to the screw fitting holes 4, 5, both side faces of the base end portion of the cutting edge 1 are pinched by tip faces 6a, 7a of the set screws 6, 7, and the base end portion of the cutting edge 1 is fixed in the cutting edge fitting hole 3.
