Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a highly reliable starting relay in which the contacting state between a resistive element and a contactor is prevented from deteriorating. CONSTITUTION: The starting relay 1 comprises a resistive element PTC having positive temperature coefficient of resistance, and resilient contactors 11, 12 for holding the resistive element PTC. The contactors 11, 12 comprise terminal plates 16, 17, and conductive coil springs 13, 14 fixed to the terminal plates 16, 17 and coming into pressure contact with the resistive element PTC.
