Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To surely detect a CNG signal by deviating a transmission timing of a ring back tone when the CNG signal cannot be detected because the CNG signal is superimposed on a ring back tone(RBT). CONSTITUTION: When a CNG detection section 2 can detect only part of a CNG signal and cannot judge the signal to be the CNG signal, a controller 5 controls an RBT generating section 3 to send a ring back tone(RBT) till a succeeding CNG signal is received.
