Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect any positional variation of an inertial member, especially the positional variation in the direction of vertical axis, through a simple means by disposing a detector on the substrate of casing so that movement of the inertial member in the vertical direction can also be detected. SOLUTION: An inertial member 3 is provided, at the lower outer fringe part thereof, with a thermoplastic protective ring 4 and a receiving member 2 is born on a nonmagnetic substrate 6 through a spring 5 made of a nonmagnetic material. An electromagnet 7 for releasing the sideway positional variation (inclination) of the inertial member 3 is fixed above the outer shell 1 of casing such that the field of a coil 8 acts on the inertial member 3. The electromagnet 7 has an E-type core 9. A detector 10 for detecting the vertical positional variation of the inertial member 3, i.e., a coil comprising a large number of high frequency litz wires, is mounted on the substrate 6. Electrical joints 11, 12 of the detector 10 and the electromagnet 7 are introduced to a printed wiring board 13 on which the entirety of sensor is held mechanically.
