Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To restrain turbulence of combustion to the minimum extent, and improve continuity to whole cylinder operation from cylinder cut-off operation by providing a restored cylinder control means to increase the operating cylinder number a single cylinder by a single cylinder when the whole cylinder operation is selected at cylinder cut-off operation time. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder cut-off control device of a two-cycle engine is provided with an exhaust system formed by connecting respective exhaust ports of plural cylinders to a collected exhaust passage, and is provided with an operation condition detecting means 31 to detect an engine operation condition and an operation method selecting means 32 to select either of cylinder operation to operate the whole cylinders according to an operation condition and cylinder cut-off operation to cut off operation of partial cylinders. Particularly, a restored cylinder control means 33 is provided, and when the whole cylinder operation is selected at cylinder cut-off operation time, the operating cylinder number is increased a single cylinder by a single cylinder. Therefore, turbulence of combustion at operating cylinder number increasing time can be restrained to the minimum extent, and the deterioration of continuity caused by a shock at operating cylinder number increasing time, an increase in engine rotating speed and an engine sound or the like can be restrained.
