CONSTITUTION: A valve inspection opening 18 is provided at an operation step under an operation seat 6 and blocked via a cover 17b. The operation step 17 is standingly provided with a cantilever supporting stay to support the operation seat 6, ranging from the inward side to the laterally outward side of a vehicle body so as to be bypassed above the cover 17b. The loose end side of the supporting stay is supported via a handrail 21. |
