Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To manufacture a mouth caulking material for a method of bedrock consolidation construction, which has excellent sealing properties, in which loss at the time of mixing is reduced and there is no possibility of damage and which has superior workability, by using as interior bag, in which a polyol component liquid is sealed hermetically and which is made of a synthetic resin, and an interior bag, in which an isocyanate component liquid is sealed hermetically and which is made of the synthetic resin, as raw material members and housing mixing members at one side ends of the interior bags and pushing members in cartridges at the other side ends. CONSTITUTION: A mixing member 9, a raw material member 5 and a pushing member 10 are arrayed in series, and sealed into a flexible cartridge 2. The pushing member 10 is pressed, or the sidewall of the cartridge 2 is oppressed in addition to the pressing of the pushing member 10, the interior bag 3 and interior bag 4 of the raw material member 5 are compressed, and one ends of the interior bags 3, 4 are burst and used as opening sections. A polyol component liquid and an isocyanate component liquid are discharged, and transmitted to the mixing member 9. Both component liquids are mixed sufficiently by the mixing member 9, a gas blowing reaction is started, and a consolidation agent is formed. A discharge opening 6 is applied to a bored hole in the top end, etc., of a tunnel, the consolidation agent is discharged from the discharge opening 6, and infected into the bored hole, and reacted and foamed, thus hermetically sealing the hole mouth section of the bored hole.
