BLOCK FOR BOUNDARY OF ROADWAY AND FOOTWAY

PURPOSE: To prevent the damage of a car by arranging one end of a mounting leg into an elastic hollow resin body while the other end of the mounting leg is projected from the bottom of the elastic hollow resin body. CONSTITUTION: An elastic hollow resin body 11, in which a top face section 10a is formed in an inclined plane, is formed by using a synthetic rubber, a soft vinyl chloride, a polyurethane elastomer or the like having proper elasticity and flexibility while the inside of the resin body 11 is filled with an elastic member 15 such as a rubber chip. Mounting legs 12, in which anchor sections 14 are formed at one ends, are formed by using a metal, concrete, a rigid plastic or the like while plate-shaped buried sections 13 consisting of approximately the same shape as the internal base of the elastic hollow resin body 11 are fixed at the other ends of the mounting legs 12. The mounting legs 12 are buried into the ground in a specified length. The buried sections 13 are inserted into the elastic hollow resin body 11 through an opening section 17, and a block 10 for a boundary is installed onto a road surface 40.
